WorkoutParty! sessions also always include the digital trainer. So this allows you to host workouts with your friends, family, colleagues or even strangers from around the world to workout together from the comfort of your home.

Optionally, you can also join parties that include a real trainer. The unique part of this experience is that you will have both the digital trainer & a real trainer to guide you through your workout. With the digital trainer doing the demonstrations, our real professional trainers are able to provide you a far more personalised experience and help to ensure you’re doing your exercises correctly.
